Membership Sign Up Approval Now Available in Community Management!

Community Management has become an integral part of any organization's growth and success, particularly in the realm of associations and trade organizations. In light of this, PheedLoop has been working tirelessly to upgrade its Community & Member Management features, and today, we're excited to announce the launch of our brand new Membership Sign Up Approval feature!

*NEW* Membership Approval Feature 

With the Membership Sign Up Approval feature, organization admins can approve membership sign-ups in real-time, giving them the ability to review transaction information before allowing memberships to be generated within the dashboard. With this feature, managers looking to provide approval to all incoming membership sign-ups can do so with ease, ensuring that only those who meet specific criteria are granted membership. To enable this feature, all that is needed is to toggle on the "Require Approvals" setting under Membership Settings. 

Here are three key points that demonstrate the value of the new Membership Sign Up Approval feature:

Real-time Approval

Organization Admins can now approve membership sign-ups in real-time. This feature provides an extra layer of security, giving managers the ability to review each membership request before allowing access to the community. The process is simple and straightforward, and admins can review transaction information before allowing the memberships to be generated within the dashboard.

Email Notifications

The Membership Sign Up Approval feature sends an email notification to the Organization Admin every time a successful membership has been created. This email contains all the necessary information about the transaction, including the member's name, the membership plan they've selected, and the amount paid. This feature ensures that community managers are always up-to-date on new member sign-ups and can review them in real-time.

Streamlined Approval Process

The approval process for new membership sign-ups has never been simpler:

  1. Organization admins have the option to turn on the toggle for “Require Approvals” under Membership Settings in their dashboard 
  2. Once the admin receives an email notification for a membership, they can simply click through to the Transaction 
  3. Change the status of the transaction to "Approved." 
  4. Once the transaction has been approved, the relevant Membership information will display within the dashboard. 

This process is designed to be quick and efficient, allowing community managers to spend more time managing their community and less time managing their dashboard.
