Our most recent update brings a new step towards the registration process. Invite Lists will allow event planners the option to organize invitees into lists and send out registration emails. The best part, this update will be free and not contingent on any Power-Ups. 

Here’s what this update entails:

Create Customized Invite Lists

Once you open your Event Dashboard, you will see a new section called ‘Invitations’ where you can manage your invite list. Each invite list includes a customizable email template, allowing you to tailor messages to specific groups.

Emails with a call-to-action button will redirect invitees to the registration step for your event. Your invitation can be configured to direct attendees to a specific category, ensuring your attendees register for the correct category. 

Track Conversions

As your invitees receive their email invitations, open and click rates will be tracked and displayed to you in the dashboard. In addition, their registration order and status will also be listed. Use the results from this data to further tweak your email for a better response ratio.

Can Invitees be added to Multiple invite lists?

Yes! Multiple Invite Lists can share the same invitees. 

Will this require user credits or power-ups to use?

No, this feature is designed to be completely free for customers. The only caveat is that it is designed around the Registration & Ticketing + Event Website module, so it is recommended to use our existing event website to manage your registrations. This is not necessarily a requirement as you can always redirect your email to your personal registration page. 

Can I send more than one email to an invitee?

Yes, there’s a dedicated option you can toggle to resend emails to invitees who’ve already received them.
