In spite of the difficult times, our team at PheedLoop has been on-boarding countless events onto our new virtual/hybrid event management system - especially after we announced the base functions and CMS are free until July 31, 2020. We’ve received a flurry of requests, and our team is working as fast as possible to build awesome new features we know you all want. It’s amazing how much our team has been able to accomplish, thanks to you all.
We wanted to take this opportunity to share our weekly updates with you, so here goes!
After our native streaming service went live weeks ago, our new Zoom integration has exploded in popularity in recent days. The familiarity, functionality and reliability of Zoom wrapped inside the powerful PheedLoop experience has made virtual events highly accessible to all types of events. Especially ones that have detailed schedules consisting of several tracks, concurrent sessions, and a mix of session types.
This week, we’ve launched our native integration with ClickMeeting, another powerful platform similar to Zoom but packed with even more engaging functionality. Within 5 minutes, you can convert all your PheedLoop sessions into interactive virtual ones, and launch webinars or meetings on the fly. Complete with live polls, surveys, chat, screen sharing, recording, and more.

You can now upload pre-roll videos to all your sessions or different ones for specific sessions. This is a powerful, and yet another, way to promote sponsors effectively and engage your attendees. Your pre-roll content is displayed until your session is ready to go live.
We highly recommend using Canva to create your videos. We created pre-roll videos in under 10 minutes using Canva’s extensive library of videos, graphics, animations, and more.
If you’ve got a complex schedule with all sorts of tracks, formats, audience types, and lots of speakers, then you’re going to love our new feature that allows you to easily filter sessions right from the virtual event portal. Attendees can use the system to narrow down exactly which tracks they want to follow or speakers they want to see.
We also released loads of user interface improvements, and if you think all this is exciting, just wait until you see what we’ve got coming out over the next few weeks! We are working on advanced analytics, more trade show engagement (in addition to our existing text, audio, and video chat), and more real-time features.
