This fall, PheedLoop had the privilege of supporting BPTN (Black Professionals in Tech Network) at the BFUTR Global Tech Summit in Mississauga. Presented by TD Bank and powered by Obsidi®, the summit is the world’s largest gathering of Black tech professionals, allies, and inclusive leaders. In 2025, the event brought together over 20,000 attendees for two days of keynotes, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities focused on shaping The New World of Work.

Seamless Check-In for Thousands of Attendees

Check-in is one of the first experiences attendees have at any event, and a smooth process sets the tone for the entire experience. With PheedLoop’s on-site check-in and badge printing system, attendees were able to scan their codes and receive their badges within seconds. This ensured a steady flow of arrivals, eliminated bottlenecks, and allowed participants to get into the sessions quickly and easily.

Helping Exhibitors Build Meaningful Connections

Exhibitors and sponsors benefited from PheedLoop Go!, our mobile event app, which includes a lead retrieval feature. Companies like TD Bank and Verizon used this tool to scan badges, capture attendee information, and take notes directly on their devices.
