We've rebuilt registration around how people actually register, not around a list of tickets.
How It Works:
- Designed for the Workflow, Not the Ticket List: Registrants add an attendee, enter their details once, then select every ticket for that person. Registering a team of ten takes one pass per person, not one per ticket, so nobody types the same names and emails over and over.
- A Flow That Explains Itself: Separate Registrant Information and Attendee Information steps make it obvious whose details go where, so registrants can move through registration with confidence.
- Opt In When You're Ready: The new experience is off by default for every event, and you can turn it on anytime from Registration > Settings. Starting December 3, 2026, newly created events will use it by default, and existing events won't change. Your tickets, categories, promotions, payments, confirmations and reporting work the same whichever version you use. We'll announce a date for full migration in early 2027.
Registration now works the way your registrants already expect it to: group registrations get through faster, and every ticket arrives tied to the right person.
