Today is a very exciting day for us! It marks one of our giant leaps towards achieving a major product goal for PheedLoop that we’ve dedicated ourselves to over the next 2 quarters - improving our ability to integrate with your favorite third party tools and services.

We’re proud to officially launch our new Open API, available here! This means you can tap into your PheedLoop data in all sorts of new ways to achieve your integration, data management, and automation goals.

The API gives you access to webhooks as well, which allow you to build highly responsive applications and integrations. We currently have API endpoints for parts of PheedLoop such as attendees, registrations, sessions, speakers, tags, tickets, tasks, and more. We are going to be adding several new endpoints soon, as well as a lot more instruction and organization with the next release of the API.

What kinds of integrations are you working on?

We’re really excited about our new open API, but what we’re sure many of you are even more excited about are our native integrations. The types we already have with platforms like Wicket, ClickMeeting, Zoom. Our first wave of integrations will be with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and AMS (Association Management Software) tools. We have a lot of work going on in the background, and will keep you posted.

What about Zapier?

Many of you have already been using PheedLoop’s Zapier app to build integrations without code for things like Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, Marketo, and more - which is awesome! We will be bringing our new API’s endpoints to Zapier in the near future as well to offer even more functionality. If you don’t know what Zapier is, check it out here! We use it internally at PheedLoop for just about everything.

Can I make requests for specific API endpoints?

Yes! Please let us know if you have ideas for API endpoints you think would be very valuable. Drop us a note at hello@pheedloop.com

How about SSO?

We already offer Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities for several systems, like Okta and Wicket. Part of our new API development will involve adding more SSO capabilities for CRM and AMS platforms, as well as easy options to integrate SSO via OAuth2 and OpenID Connect with your own systems.
