Speaker, Sponsor, and Exhibitor tools are now organized as clear sections inside the Event Portal instead of living as separate portals with separate logins, making navigation easier than ever. Whether you're managing a sponsor profile, speaker sessions, or exhibitor tasks, everything stakeholders need is now just one login away.

How It Works:

• One Dashboard Link: The four separate stakeholder portal links in your dashboard are now a single Event Portal link. Old Speaker, Sponsor, and Exhibitor portal links will continue to work and redirect straight to the Event Portal login — no broken bookmarks, no need to resend anything.

• Tools, Not Separate Portals: Speaker, Sponsor, and Exhibitor tools live as clearly labeled sections inside the Event Portal, so anyone holding more than one role can easily navigate to all pages they have access to.
