Core Event Modules

Core Event Dashboard
The Core Event Dashboard provides access to PheedLoop’s backend system that powers every event hosted on PheedLoop. It is the one required module for creating an account on PheedLoop, but you’ll need to bundle it with a minimum of one other module. It includes essential features such as unlimited events per year, real-time content management capabilities, data analytics and reporting, Stripe payment gateway integration, post-event surveys, API access, and Zapier integrations.

Speaker management tools allow you to manage unlimited speakers per event, send email announcements, and grant access to private speaker portals. Exhibitor management features include unlimited exhibitors per event, lead retrieval (sold separately), email announcements, and private exhibitor portals. Sponsor management encompasses unlimited sponsors per event, email announcements, and private sponsor portals.
Call for Proposals System
The Call for Abstracts/Proposals System is a fully customizable solution for collecting speaker information and content. It allows speakers to submit profiles, sessions, and abstracts, and also includes speaker contracts, robust review panels, and support for unlimited proposals and reviewers.
Sponsor & Exhibitor Application System
The Sponsor & Exhibitor Application System enables sponsors and exhibitors to submit applications, purchase products, build contracts, make payments, and answer custom questions. It streamlines the onboarding process and provides an organized way to manage all sponsor and exhibitor inquiries.
Registration & Ticketing + Event Website
This customizable system allows you to process registrations for your events—create free or paid tickets, collect payments, issue refunds, sell add-ons, and set up promotions. You can implement rules and workflows for tags, sessions, and groups, automatically send event invitations, and print DIY badges. Bundled with this is the Event Website, which grants access to a complete website for you to market your event. Already have a website for your event? Utilize customizable sections and embeddable widgets that install PheedLoop’s modules directly on third-party sites, including your organization’s own webpages.
Interactive Maps (Integrated Venue Maps, Exhibitor Floor Plans and Seat Plans)
Designed for on-site events, the Interactive Maps add-on allows you to create custom, interactive floor plans by placing booths, sessions, rooms, and other objects on a virtual canvas. These maps link exhibitors to booths and sessions to rooms in an engaging manner. They can be displayed on your event website, embedded on external webpages, showcased within the mobile event app, and incorporated into the exhibitor application flow for booth selection. You can even configure seat plans for galas, dinners, and award shows, with the ability to pan, zoom, and select various elements to reveal more information.
Housing & Hotel Management
Ideal for on-site events, the Housing & Hotel Management add-on helps you organize hotel and housing blocks directly through your PheedLoop dashboard. It integrates with attendee registration for a seamless booking experience, allowing you to define multiple properties, room types, and capacities. You can manage and approve hotel reservations using an efficient approval process, send personalized follow-up communications based on each attendee’s room selection, and export booking information to share with property managers.
Mobile Event Application
Accessible via iOS and Android devices, the Mobile Event Application allows attendees to explore interactive schedules, build personalized agendas, network through attendee messaging, and receive notifications via email or push alerts. Other features include social event feeds, discussion boards, speaker and attendee lists, exhibitor and sponsor directories, as well as optional PheedLoop-native streaming (Meet & Stream or Direct RTMP) if your event includes live or pre-recorded sessions. Additional functionality such as interactive floor plans, gamification, matchmaking, meeting booking, and session check-in scanning depends on whether you opt for specific power-ups. If you need a white-labeled event app, we offer this customization at an additional cost of $950—simply let us know your requirements.
Virtual Event Portal
The Virtual Event Portal is a comprehensive solution for hybrid or virtual events, offering engaging live streams, video networking, virtual exhibits, and more. With multi-track schedules, personal agendas, exhibitor directories, poster halls real-time chat, file sharing, and more, attendees can easily interact with speakers, sponsors, and each other. Power-ups unlock advanced capabilities—such as meeting bookings and exhibitor lead retrieval—allowing organizers to tailor the platform to their exact needs, while ensuring a seamless, immersive experience for all participants.

Gamification
PheedLoop’s next-gen gamification system empowers you to motivate attendees in multiple ways—far beyond the one-dimensional solutions offered elsewhere. Set up individual or team leaderboards to spark friendly competition as attendees earn points through scavenger hunts, photo challenges, or by completing specific actions like attending sessions or visiting exhibitor booths. A dynamic leaderboard displays real-time rankings, keeping everyone engaged and eager to climb the ranks. Attendees can then redeem their gamification points for prizes or raffles using PheedLoop’s Prize Desk. Use this power-up to spark excitement, deepen engagement, and drive exploration across every aspect of your event.
On-Site Event & Session Check-In Software
Perfect for on-site events, this add-on leverages the mobile event app to scan QR codes on badges—printed in advance or on-demand via PheedLoop’s badge printing tools. It’s a required power-up if you plan to use PheedLoop’s on-demand badge printing services, as it powers the on-site hardware. Easily track attendee check-ins at both the event and session levels to collect valuable data for CE credits and reporting. Additional features include sending custom welcome emails and purchase confirmations upon scanning, as well as optional wireless badge printing. All check-in data seamlessly syncs with your PheedLoop dashboard, simplifying real-time attendance management.
Advanced Networking
Advanced Networking boosts both on-site and virtual interactions. For in-person attendees, it facilitates badge scanning through the Mobile Event App, allowing them to instantly connect and store contact details for future reference. This add-on also enables matchmaking and meeting bookings, providing a centralized place for attendees to manage appointments. In the virtual environment, Advanced Networking expands the group meeting capacity up to 25 simultaneous groups of 25 participants each. These groups can interact via audio, video (up to 16 visible video tiles based on screen size), and text. You can restrict group creation to admins only or allow all attendees to create their own.
Advanced Audience Interaction
Available for both on-site and virtual sessions, Advanced Audience Interaction features unlimited live polls and Q&A. It’s an excellent tool for hybrid events, ensuring that in-person and virtual participants can simultaneously submit questions and answers, creating a cohesive, interactive experience for everyone.
Advanced SmartSight Analytics
SmartSight is PheedLoop’s real-time analytics engine, tracking metrics like visits, time spent in sessions, and micro-actions (clicks, downloads, chat messages, etc.). The free basic version provides aggregate metrics across your entire event. The advanced version unlocks deeper metrics, allowing you to drill down into specific sessions or exhibitor booths and set custom date/time ranges. This deeper level of analysis helps you measure engagement with greater precision and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders. This power-up is required to access PheedLoop’s Custom Reports Builder.
White Labelled Event App
For a one-time cost of $950 per event, you can brand PheedLoop’s event app to match your organization’s identity. Your custom icons and splash screens will appear in app stores and every time attendees launch the app, delivering a cohesive and professional experience. If you plan to host multiple events, consider the White Labelled Container App to achieve cost savings.

At $2,450 per year, the Container App lets you create an overarching, branded environment for all your events. Instead of white-labelling individual events, you can host them under a single app with your organization’s name and visuals. This is a more efficient and cost-effective solution for organizations running multiple events annually.
Exhibitor Lead Retrieval Package
Exhibitor Lead Retrieval allows exhibitors to scan attendee badges and instantly capture leads. One lead retrieval credit grants unlimited licenses for the entire exhibitor team at a single event, plus access to an assortment of exhibitor-focused features. These include designing custom lead retrieval forms, using API webhooks to sync with external CRMs, offering attendees the option to book meetings with exhibitors, and capturing business cards via a quick scan. All data is stored in the Exhibitor Portal and Event Dashboard for easy reporting and follow-up.
