PheedLoop benefits us by providing a platform to keep us, the host of the event organized, and provides an event hub for the end users (attendees). With features like the event website and mobile app, you can reduce costs on things like printing and design costs for a physical program.

The system is easy to use and generally is intuitive. I feel both the end users and the administrators are able to quickly figure out the system and use it well. Each year, I've been able to better our event, as well, learning a bit more about PheedLoop.

They have a decent amount of training videos to get you started and daily AMA hours to help if you need live support. Also very responsive to email support inquiries. Also, PheedLoop is very proactive in listening to their audience and implementing requested changes.
