Earlier this year, we had the incredible opportunity to partner with BPTN (Black Professionals in Tech Network) to power their flagship event—BFUTR Summit 2024. With over 3,500 attendees, powerhouse partners like TD, RBC and Publicis Sapient, and even a performance by Ja Rule, this year’s summit was nothing short of iconic. And we were so excited to be part of it.

Making Check-In a Breeze

One of the first things attendees experience at any event is the check-in process—and let’s be honest, it can often make or break the first impression. That’s why our team worked closely with BPTN to ensure that check-in at BFUTR was fast, efficient, and totally stress-free.

With PheedLoop’s on-site check-in and badge printing system, attendees were able to walk in, scan their code, and have their badge printed in seconds. The result? A smooth, steady flow of people through the doors, no bottlenecks, and a lot of happy faces.

Beyond check-in, one of the biggest wins from this year’s BFUTR was how exhibitors were able to engage with attendees. Right There With You — On Site and On Call

From set-up to wrap-up, our team was on-site with BPTN the entire way. We were there helping attendees get checked in, answering event tech questions on the spot, reprinting badges when needed, and just generally making sure things ran as smoothly as possible.
