Automated Captioning is a new feature in PheedLoop that allows any Meet & Stream session to have Automated Captioning conveniently within the video itself.
The captions are instantly available and provided in real-time, relying on AI technology to produce accurate captioning. This allows attendees to easily follow along with the streaming, even if they have hearing impairments or if they’re in a noisy environment where they can’t follow along with the audio.

When you create a Meet & Stream session in PheedLoop, you'll see an option to turn ON Automated Captioning. Once you turn it on, captions will be automatically generated and displayed in the video for attendees to see.
As an attendee, you are able to turn the captions ON and OFF, as well as change the sizing and look of the captions. This gives attendees more control over their viewing experience and allows them to customize the captions to their preference.
Currently, the Caption feature is offered in English only. In the future, we may consider adding other languages to further improve accessibility for all attendees. In the interim, if you need to run captions and SI in different languages, you can choose from one of our many other multi-language streaming options!
