PheedLoop has long been recognized as the industry's fastest-moving and most innovative event technology solution. For months, our in-house marketing team met regularly to discuss the extent of change, our approach, and the process of setting those changes in motion. We wanted to create a visual identity that not only reflects our robust system but one that speaks to our customers. Our team exchanged ideas, debated on layouts, and had a lot of conversations on enhancing user interface and experience. Ultimately, we established a design guideline for our new website that encompasses typography, colours, graphic and photography elements, and user experience.

With our website revamp, we wanted to reflect our company’s value and mission through our visual identity. Our typography has received a modern makeover, with the introduction of the versatile and dynamic Poppins font. This font is now consistent across our brand website, mobile event app, virtual event portal, event website, stakeholder portals, and dashboard, ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience for users.

In addition to typography, we've updated our colour palette, introducing vibrant hues of yellow and green to draw attention and foster engagement. However, we've retained our iconic PheedLoop blue to maintain brand recognition and emphasize key information. Plus, by incorporating a blend of photography and illustration elements, we aim to showcase our features in a more relatable and compelling manner. Fun fact: All of the smiling faces you see in the photos are real PheedLoop employees and customers, reinforcing our commitment to authenticity and connection!

One additional component we focused on is enhanced navigation to make it easier for visitors to find the information they need and connect with us effortlessly. With improved usability and intuitive design, our website now offers a more user-friendly experience, reflecting our dedication to customer satisfaction.

We Are A Product-Focused Company

As a company driven by innovation and continuous improvement, we understand the importance of accurately representing our products on our website. One of the struggles of being the fastest-moving event technology solution on the market, pumping out several product updates every single week, is that our website can fall behind and not provide an accurate representation of our most up-to-date offerings. This created two very different experiences for customers when surfing the website versus using our product. With the rebrand, we've bridged this gap and created cohesion between our brand and product by updating website information, building out more pages, and improving the website navigation.

This latest addition illustrates how we view our client relationships as true partnerships by giving you complete access to our new product updates, and product developments that are slated for release over the coming months. Additionally, this dedicated space serves as a platform for you to actively contribute by submitting your product feature requests!

One item that sets PheedLoop apart is our commitment to radical transparency.
