Among our most beloved features is the Attendee Matchmaking system, which has garnered immense popularity among our clients. Attendee Matchmaking enables event organizers to create personalized connections among attendees based on their common interests and goals. Over time, we've received numerous requests from our clients for a similar matchmaking system tailored to exhibitors. Today, we're thrilled to announce that we've heard you loud and clear - for the very first time, PheedLoop is introducing Smart Exhibitor Matchmaking as part of our Advanced Networking Upgrade!
This feature builds upon the existing ability for event planners to assign Products and Services to exhibitors. It's a versatile tool that allows you to categorize exhibitors based on their offerings. Whether you want to group them by industry, niche, or any other criteria, the choice is yours. Alternatively, if you would like to empower exhibitors to self-select their product/service tags, this can be don directly within the Exhibitor Management Portal.
The Event App then enables attendees to filter exhibitors based on these assigned Products and Services, empowering them to curate their own personalized list of favorites. And here's the magic: the Exhibitor Matchmaking feature leverages this very information!
When attendees first navigate to the Exhibitor tab in the event app, they'll be prompted to complete an interest survey. This survey is intelligently generated based on the Product and Service categories assigned to exhibitors.
Once attendees complete the survey, the app works its magic. Within moments, attendees receive a list of recommended exhibitors, carefully curated to align with their stated interests. If an exhibitor matches more than 50% of the attendee's listed interests, they become part of the Recommended list.
Attendees can then 'favorite' exhibitors that pique their interest, making it easy to follow up, schedule visits and book meetings. Plus, attendees have the flexibility to edit their interests at any time, ensuring their matchmaking experience stays dynamic and relevant throughout the event.
But what about the exhibitors themselves? We've got them covered too. Exhibitor Managers, if associated with the exhibitor, gain access to a list of recommended attendees who've been matched with their booth through the Exhibitor Matchmaking feature in the event app.
This invaluable insight empowers exhibitors to take a proactive approach, reaching out to these interested individuals to forge meaningful connections. Knowing that these attendees are genuinely interested in their products and services, exhibitors can tailor their interactions for maximum impact.
